I restored purchases but Pro access did not unlock.
Reopen the app, make sure you are signed into the same App Store account used for the purchase, and run the restore purchases action again from the paywall or membership screen.
My daily content or drills are not refreshing.
Check that your device is online, force close the app, and reopen it. Content updates and subscription status both require a successful sync.
I switched devices and my progress is missing.
Sign in with the same account you used previously, then give the app a moment to sync your profile, progress, and membership state.
